1. What ParlayHutch is

ParlayHutch is an entertainment, information and community platform that publishes sports picks, analysis, statistics, calculators and social features. ParlayHutch is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator or bookmaker. We do not accept, facilitate or settle wagers; we do not hold user balances or funds; and we do not pay out bets or winnings. 3. Eligibility

4. Accounts and community rules

• Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, or impersonation.
• No selling or advertising of betting services, tipster packages or "guaranteed" outcomes in the community.
• We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions

Paid tiers are content subscriptions. When live checkout is enabled, pricing, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

6. Content and records

Capper picks are timestamped and graded against closing lines; graded records may be displayed publicly as part of the service. By posting content you grant ParlayHutch a license to display it on the platform.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royalty Communications is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content, including any wagering activity undertaken with third parties.

What we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email address, and (when payments launch) billing information processed by our payment provider.
• Activity: picks you view or save, community posts, follows, and group memberships.
• Technical data: device/browser information and usage analytics to keep the site fast and secure.

How we use it

To operate your account, run the community, display records and leaderboards, improve the platform, and send service emails. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help run the platform (hosting, email, analytics, payments), under contract, and when required by law. Public profile content (display name, posts, tracked records) is visible to other users by design.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account information by contacting us at Royaltycommunications@gmail.com. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe option.
